We’re looking for a Demi-Chef de Partie to join the crew at the Bristol Harbour Hotel and Spa.
Bristol Harbour Hotel & Spa is a stunning property offering 42 luxury bedrooms, luxurious underground Spa and the award winning Jetty Restaurant. Offering the ultimate urban escape, the hotel fuses two bank properties to offer a truly impressive hotel and events space. The Gold Bar brings an exciting destination bar to the City of Bristol.
We have a superb opportunity for a Demi-Chef de Partie to join the Jetty Team who has experience of working in a high volume restaurant serving fresh quality food. As Demi-Chef de Partie you would be expected to have a good understanding of all sections and assist with hot and cold food preparation.
