We are currently looking for a passionate and customer focused Reception Manager to join and lead our team of friendly Receptionists.

As our Reception Manager you will be responsible for the effective running of the front office, managing the team of receptionists to ensure all duties are completed to a high standard. We are looking for people who love to make guests smile everyday with high standards and great attention to detail.

Experience of working in a similar role is beneficial, along with knowledge of Opera Fidelio.
