We’re looking for a Chef de Partie to join the crew at the Richmond Harbour Hotel and Spa.
The addition of The Gate – Kitchen, Bar and Terrace will offer guests a relaxed, exclusive environment to enjoy cocktails, small plates and good times.
We have a superb opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join the Restaurant Team who has experience of working in a high end restaurant serving fresh quality food. You will need to be capable of running a section within the Kitchen and working to safe hygiene practices. As Chef de Partie you would be expected to assist the junior members of the brigade. We are looking for talented, ambitious and creative chefs who want to be part of this unique property.
