You only have ten seconds to make a first impression, starting in our front of house. A million dollar smile and exceptional customer service is what we look for in our receptionists. Can you provide a warm welcome to all our members and guests?
Your duties will include taking bookings, handling queries and assisting with club events. As the first and last point of contact in the Centre, the following attributes are essential:
- Previous face to face customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills – both in person and over the telephone
- Experience of dealing with complaints politely and efficiently
- Computer literacy
- Cash handling experience
