They are simply the reason we exist, and their experience is the ultimate barometer of the experiences we are delivering and the food we are serving – so we need to make sure every customer is happy and looks forward to coming back to our restaurants time and again.

This is where you come in! We are looking for shining customer service stars who just love engaging with people – very important people. You will be fantastic at quickly building rapport and getting to the real nub of a query, problem, or even better taking down a glowing reference from a happy customer.

You’ll be used to acting quickly and providing a swift and personable service regardless of the nature of the request (e.g. customer query or complaint), and naturally you’ll be adept at conversing across a variety of different mediums – from social media to email and old-fashioned telephone.
It goes without saying (but we’ll say it anyway just to be sure) that you’ll be a proactive type – confident at knowing when to resolve a query directly, or when it is appropriate and right to escalate. All in the pursuit of a great customer experience.
Your attention to detail and organisational skills will be well developed and you will be a competent user of the MSOffice suite, you will be open minded, flexible and willing to learn, you will have an excellent telephone manner and the ability to respond well under pressure and deal with difficult situations accordingly. In short – you’ll be a customer service EXPERT.
