The Langham, London is currently looking to recruit an Assistant Manager for our Artesian Bar, the forefront of the sophisticated London bar scene.
This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with Remy Savage, Anna Sebastian and the passionate Artesian team.
As an Assistant Manager in Artesian, your main role will be to
· Support the Manager in achieving business results for Artesian
· demonstrate a real understanding of achieving and maintaining quality through effective service management
· develop and deliver on-target KPI results
· lead a team that is genuine in delivering service excellence
· assist in managing and developing the Artesian team
· support the Departmental Trainer in conducting all on-the-job training for all colleagues to ensure all Company standards are adhered to
· ensure that licensing laws and health and safety matters are adhered to
· be immaculately presented, attentive and proactive in responding to the needs of our guests and bar management team

Requirement .The ideal Assistant Manager will have -
- similar experience in a luxury 5* hotel
- solid managerial experience and bar background
- the ability to work under pressure
- strong leadership qualities in driving the team to greater success
- the ability to lead by example and motivate a strong team
- the ability adapt swiftly and seamlessly to situations that arise
- a passion in ensuring a delightful experience for clients and guests alike
- good communication skills and very good level of English
