We are currently looking for enthusiastic and professional Waiter / Waitress for our award winning Palm Court Restaurant.

The Langham, London is currently looking to recruit a Waiter / Waitress in our Palm Court lounge. The dazzling Palm Court is famed as the place where the tradition of afternoon tea was born over 150 years ago.

As a Waiter / Waitress in Palm Court, your main role will be to –

·         welcome guests to Palm Court in a friendly and engaging manner

·         provide prompt, friendly and efficient service

·         be familiar with all food & beverage items on the menu

·         demonstrate your passion in Palm Court and personalise and engage with your guests

·         be responsible for ensuring bills are dealt with accurately

·         ensure that you adhere to health and safety matters

Requirement .

The ideal Waiter in Palm Court will have –

·         excellent knowledge of food & beverage, in particular afternoon tea

·         previous experience in a similar environment

·         flair, passion and a conscientious attitude

·         confidence, professionalism and engaging personality

·         ability to think outside of the box to surprise and delight our guests

·         excellent attention to detail

·         clear conversational English language, knowledge of foreign languages is beneficial
