Junior Waiter - Sexy Fish London

We are looking for a talented and charismatic Junior Waiter to join the team of our fantastic restaurant; Sexy Fish, part of Caprice Holdings.

Sexy Fish has a capacity for 190 covers on the ground floor, an extensive bar area and a stunning private dining space on the lower ground floor. The restaurant is vibrant, glamorous with high energy focusing on the finest quality ingredients to create an Asian inspired fish and seafood menu, complimented with a creative and extensive wine list and cocktail list. 

As Junior Waiter you will support the Head Waiter and Chef de Rang/Waiter to ensure the smooth running of your section throughout service and provide an attentive and efficient service to all our customers, members and their guests. The ideal Junior Waiter will have previous experience working in a high quality restaurant environment or private members club.

The role of a Junior Waiter includes:

• Setting up and relaying tables in a timely manner
• Serving hot towels, food and beverage throughout service
• Delivery of food & beverage to the guests in timely & professional manner
• Effective communication with kitchen and front of house teams to ensure a smooth service
• Ensure that mise-en- place is stocked prior to service and replenished throughout
• Setting up of the kitchen passes as instructed by the chef 
• Continually developing your knowledge of the menu with the ability to identify dishes
