We are looking for an enthusiastic Waiter to join the team at Balthazar restaurant, in the heart of Covent Garden.

Balthazar restaurant is renowned for delivering a friendly and flawless service within a Parisian style, lively and bustling brassiere. The French brasserie and bistro dishes combine the best ingredients with the most traditional methods to produce food of exceptional quality. The restaurant delivers all day dining from a team who are passionate about delivering friendly, relaxed and energetic service in a vibrant and fast paced environment. 

Therefore we expect our Waiters to provide engaging and charismatic service to all our customers throughout service. A passion to continually develop your food, wine and cocktail knowledge to ensure we are always striving to improve the service we deliver is essential as we change our menus on a regular basis. Our Waiters also need to be confident and effective communicators with our customers and their colleagues. 

We are ideally looking for a Waiter who has:

• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a high quality, vibrant destination restaurant
• Passionate about delivering the highest levels of customer service
• An excellent team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Knowledge of working in a seafood restaurant would be beneficial but not essential
• A WSET qualification is desirable but not essential
