Barista - Annabel’s - Mayfair, London

We are looking for an experienced and charismatic Barista to join the team at Annabel’s private members club, part of the Birley Group. 

The Birley Group encompasses some of London’s finest private members clubs; Annabel’s, Mark’s Club, Harry’s Bar, George and Bath & Racquets all based in Mayfair. Arguably one of London’s most iconic members clubs founded in 1963, Annabel’s is the only one of its kind; a members-only dancing and dining club offering sophisticated entertainment and excellent food in the heart of Mayfair. 

We are looking for a Barista who is a talented bar professional and is able to provide engaging and charismatic service to our customers. A passion to continually develop your food, wine and cocktail knowledge to ensure we are always striving to improve the service we deliver is essential. 

The ideal Barista candidates will:

• Have previous experience working within a high profile, destination bar as Barista
• Some Bartending experience (more training will be provided)
• Be passionate about creating fantastic coffees with the ability to advise and recommend to customers. 
• Have flair, charisma and charm with the ability to provide the highest levels of service to our customers.
• Be immaculately presented, attentive and proactive with the ability to respond quickly to needs of the customer and restaurant management team
• An excellent team player with exceptional communication skills
