We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic Bar Backs to join the team of our stunning private members club – Annabel’s, 46 Berkeley Square, part of the Birley Group. 

The Birley Group encompasses some of London’s finest private members clubs; Annabel’s, Mark’s Club, Harry’s Bar, George and Bath & Racquets all based in Mayfair. 

As Bar Back you will be expected to set up the Bar ready for service, effective stock replenishment throughout service, polishing glasses and assisting the bartenders with additional tasks, including mise-en-place. 

The ideal Bar Back candidates will:

• Have previous experience working within a high profile, destination bar as a Bar Back
• Be a strong team player, highly motivated and have a “can do” attitude 
• Be attentive and proactive with the ability to respond quickly to the needs of the bar and the front of house management team
• Be well presented with the ability to communicate effectively
