Who are we looking for?

 

We're looking for someone to be the public face of our luxury spa and as Spa Assistant you will be the main point of contact for our spa members and guests.

 

You will be the key to providing that fantastic first impression and sharing your knowledge of products and treatments and most of all, ensuring thousands of visitors receive the warmest of welcomes.

 

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing the highest level of hospitality
• Dealing with enquiries about bookings, classes & memberships
• Ensuring guests and members enjoy a relaxing spa experience
• Ensuring all areas of the Spa is presented to the very best at all times.
