HR Administrator Acton up to 23K
This is newly created role to work for an HR Administrator to work for a well-established and rapidly expanding health and fitness business based in Acton, West London. You will be working in the head office and will be responsible for providing support across HR , training and development and day to day operations.
* Supports HR by compiling and maintaining employee databases. appraisal forms, performance issues and other relevant personnel records
* Supporting with recruitment and open days and coordinating inductions and training
* Support the administration of training courses , registering learners with qualifying body and tracking through the learning process
* Supports the management with ad-hoc administrative tasks
We are keen to talk to candidates who have well developed administrative and IT skills and who have the presence and confidence to work with senior members of the HR and operational team. A background and interest is health and fitness is definitely advantageous and an outgoing and confident personality is a must.
In addition to a competitive basic salary benefits includes 5 week's annual holiday and a free membership for the successful candidate and a partner/friend.
