About us:

Polpetto is a tiny, intimate neighbourhood restaurant in the heart of Soho offering a refined, seasonal Venetian-inspired menu that changes daily. We're product-driven with a real emphasis on fresh ingredients and we've received the Michelin Guide’s Bib Gourmand for the last five consecutive years.

Job description:

There’s LOTS happening behind the scenes at the moment, and we’re looking for an experienced Sous Chef with a passion for delicious food to join our small, dynamic team and help us drive this ambitious project forwards.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A huge passion for fresh food, seasonal produce and creating things that taste good
  • Ability to work well under pressure and a willingness to learn. You should be up for a challenge and be ready to work hard!
  • At least two years’ experience in a professional kitchen, with experience as Junior Sous or Sous at AA Rosette or Michelin level preferred
