Main role and objectives:

As a Restaurant Waiter / Waitress at Park Plaza Westminster Bridge Hotel you will have a key position in the effective running of the restaurant operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, while providing inspirational service and ensure our guests receive a high quality, personalised service.

Your responsibilities:

• To consistently achieve the service and product delivery with a high degree of client care and service at all times, according to the agreed standards.
• To demonstrate a pro-active approach in carrying out day-to-day duties and problem-solving
• To deliver 4* deluxe service to our internal and external customers.
• Have a strong understanding of your primary role being the well being of the guests and  their satisfaction through your personality and interaction.
• Welcome and greet all guests in a friendly, smiley, professional and welcoming manner following company standards.
• To promptly handle customer queries and complaints in a professional manner and ensure that all details are communicated to the managers immediately.
