Salary: £27089 per annum

Hours of work/Post status: 37 hours per week – Permanent

BH Live are currently recruiting for a Senior Customer Operations Managers for 2 Bournemouth sites.  You will have responsibility for the day to day running of the site whilst ensuring the provision of excellent customer service.  You will be in charge of the safe operation of the centre and will report into the Cluster Manager.  You will be the principle contact for all customers ensuring their needs are fully met in line with the BH Live customer experience.  You will be the site lead for the supervision and management of all front line staff, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of all the site facilities.

Applicants must have previous experience of leading and motivating a team. 

Hours of work will be any 5 days out of 7. The post requires a flexible approach to hours of work and to be generally available to work at any time, including evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.
