Nuffield Health have an exciting opportunity for a Gym manager at our East Point Acacdemy in Norwich managing the fitness faciltiies and the team, whilst also ensuring great customer service to the members from the school and local community.

This role would suit an individual who is looking for their next challenge in their fitness career, looking to build on their success of personal training and leadership with a step into a management role.

East Point Academy boasts a fitness centre includes a CV room & Resistance including a wall mounted rig, a large studio and a timetable of 16 classes a week, in addition to this the site also boasts a sports hall, outdoor astro turf, tennis courts.

Your role is about delivering exceptional customer service, whether motivating members, giving personal training, teaching circuit-based classes or administering payments. It involves supervising the fitness floor, offering help and support with exercise programmes and techniques, and giving advice on training and lifestyle.

Managing a team of dedicated advisors, your responsibilities will include responsibilities for the sites budget.

A qualified fitness instructor, you will be Reps Level 3 qualified or equiverlant.
