The Goodwood Health Club is more than just a gym. With a comprehensive programme of fitness classes, state-of-the-art gym equipment and a team personal trainers, our friendly team help our customers to achieve their fitness goals. 

We are recruiting for a Membership Consultant who'll drive our membership sales each month for the Health Club & Spa.  

Your duties will include converting enquiries, upselling to our customers and enhancing experiences and memberships. You'll be instrumental in developing an innovative and unique membership product.

You'll lead by example by offering excellent levels of service and professionalism. You'll support our Club Administrator and deliver basic sales training to the wider Health Club and Spa.

 
What you'll have:

• Be articulate and resourceful, you'll be able to communicate effectively with people at all levels
• Great attention to detail - you'll be confident in responding to customer's emails and recording information.
• A sense of fun - You'll be positive and friendly with a 'can do' attitude
