About the Pub

The Ballot Box is a consistently busy pub with a large bear garden and houses the 2nd biggest Wacky Warehouse. It is popular with local business as well as families.

The team are passionate about delivering the very best and need a leader who will lead and develop them in their chosen career.

This General Manager will have a proven track record for developing the team and delivering exceptional guest experiences on a daily basis. The right candidate can work under their own initiative and identify new ways of driving the business forward.
