We are an established team of recruitment consultants, based in Battersea, with over 20 years experience working across the Hospitality, Health and Fitness and Commercial Leisure industries.

Due to a hugely successful 18 months, we are now looking to bring in a Senior Recruitment Consultant to continue growing our team. Having placed over 200 chefs, General Managers, Assistant Managers, Sales Managers, Food and Beverage Managers and more, in the last 6 months, across Restaurants, Event Catering, Pubs, Bars, Hotels and Delivery Concepts, we are now looking to bring on an experienced recruitment consultant from the hospitality industry, or an AGM or GM from a branded Restaurant background who has huge amounts of recruitment experience. Whether you are used to recruiting high volume, or recruiting at senior management level, you must be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the recruitment process.

We are a fun, virbant team who love everything our extrodinary industry has to offer. From visiting new opening sites, supporting brand growth, live music shows, sporting events, fine dining restaurants, the best hotels in the market and much more!

The role will involve building a desk from pretty much scratch, with some roles given to you, but you will need to be an extremley well networked individual who will be able to bring across your contacts, to extend out extaordinary growth over the last 18 months.

The bonus structre is achievable, our targets are fair, and most importantly, we don't believe in micromanagement or KPIs like you'd find elsewhere.
