Your day to day

Leading and developing the beverage service teams to drive and improve product and service standards, you will motivate the bar team to achieve and deliver a smooth bar operation.

You’ll deliver a consistent and seamless service to maximise revenue through up-selling, service levels and cost control while creating an environment for customers which is stylish, contemporary, offering high quality beverage products.

What we need from you

With experience in large, busy, and ideally 4*+ bar environments, you’ll have already led a team and really understand how to deliver excellent customer service.

Ideally you will hold a degree in Hospitality/Management, but most importantly be passionate about truly excellent customer service.
