Reception Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a friendly and passionate Reception Manager to join the team at our stunning Holywell Bay Holiday Park based near Newquay, Cornwall.

Reporting to the General Manager the successful person will beresponsible for overseeing the Reception and Administration functions of the parkwhile constantly achieving and exceeding the highest levels of customer service in order to provide customers with the best holiday sales journey.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Managing a team of seasonal reception and admin staff, ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered across the whole park.

* Pro-actively selling, out bound callingandidentifying opportunities.

* Working with accommodation team to ensure guest units meet required standards.

* Resolving guest issues and preventing re-occurrence.

* Maintaininghealth and safetycertification for all hire fleet.

* Processing all cash, bankings, tills and floats etc.

* Completingfinancial processessuch as purchase ledger, raising orders and processing invoices.

* Being a Head of Department and completing Duty Manager Shifts for the whole park.

The successful Person will:

* Ideally have previous experience working within a Holiday Park or the Hospitality industry.

* Have experience of working within a reservation/checking-in function.

* Have first class customer service skills.

* Be comfortable leading, developing and motivating a team.

* Have excellent administration skills.
