Operations Manager (Head of Guest Experience)

We are looking for an Operations Manager to help with the day to day running of our busy hotel.

It's a varied role, as you will get involved with all aspects of the business, so you'll need to be up for the challenge, ready to trouble shoot and lead our team of managers to ensure our guests have a fantastic stay.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing staff in the hotel to ensure the smooth day to day operations

• Ensuring the hotel is maintained and any issues are dealt with effectively

• Developing and implementing a marketing plan to help increase sales

• Controlling and monitoring revenue and ensuring targets are met.

If you have strong leadership skills, are a great communicator and are 'solutions' driven, then this could be the role for you.

Previous experience of this or a similar role is essential.
