About the role...

The Pastry Chef is primarily responsible for creating desserts, but can also be assigned to other tasks in the kitchen, providing a high standard of fresh food. You may be required to manage junior kitchen staff members or ensuring that the kitchen remains clean and organized. 

The right attitude and skills will make a big difference to our overall food offering, helping us to continuously improve our reputation.

About you...

The successful candidate will have a good knowledge of culinary skills, preferable within a restaurant or professional hotel kitchen. You will have excellent knowledge of Food Hygiene, be qualified to Level 2 and be able to demonstrate a passion for the role.
