Duty Manager

Salary:  £19,000pa + Excellent Benefits

Hours: 39 Hours per week, 5 days out of 7

Stoke Mandeville Stadium, the national centre for disability sport, boasts the highest grade of facilities for our leading sportsmen and women. We have a great opportunity for a talented, enthusiastic and experienced Duty Manager to manage all aspects of the facility through the hours of operation.

Your role as Duty Manager is to manage all aspects of the facility through the hours of operation. You will be responsible for ensuring all activities are delivered to a high standard with safety and customer service as high priorities. As a part of this role you will be required to monitor the cleaning standards around the site across the shift ensuring it is completed to a high standard.

The role will involve a high level of customer interaction with high profile governing bodies, other commercial and corporate organisations as well as the deployment and supervision of the operational team, maintaining critical operational cover across the site at all times.

In addition, the role will involve; assisting line manager with contractual compliance documents such as service delivery plans, monthly, Quarterly and Annual Reports, taking charge and responding in the event of any emergency situations and ensuring the smooth running of all site operations.

Skills and Qualifications

Managerial or supervisory experience in a services environment such as like accommodation, leisure, hospitality, services, hotel.
