About the role…

As Apprentice Chef you will join our “Cairn Academy” learning with our experienced chefs and gaining a qualification at the end of your course. You’ll also take part in multiple culinary experience days to deepen your knowledge and meet your colleagues who are also undertaking the same course across the country.

You will learn how to prepare consistent, high quality food products in order to our provide guests with a memorable dining experience, and as part of the program, will spend time in each area of our kitchen. Due to the variety of our kitchen departments you will have the opportunity to experience and learn different culinary skills.
