Our Central Support Office based in Gosforth is the bustling hub of Parkdean Resorts. This exciting place to work houses all the essential supporting functions for our 71 holiday parks along with our award winning Contact Centre.

This modern office has a great feel, a mix of energetic knowledgeable professionals all working as one unified team to achieve Parkdean Resorts objective's. Based near the centre of Newcastle upon Tyne, it has great transport links.

EPOS Administrator Apprentice

Parkdean Resorts are on the lookout for an ambitious individual to join the team in Newcastle upon Tyne as an EPOS Administrator Apprentice.

You will manage all recipes, cost and retail pricing, promotions and various other functions on the EPOS systems within the business as well as supportin ad-hoc and ongoing requests from across the Operations and Central Retail team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Update of the product database for all EPOS systems

* Manage and develop the EPOS helpdesk and related processes

* Updating of Menus and Products within the EPOS system

* Support park operators with general queries

* Ensure queries and faults are dealt with in a timely manner

The successful Person will:

* Be highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload

* Be able to work as part of a team as well as using your own initiative

* Ability to communicate using a wide range of channels such as telephone, email, etc.
