Party Host Team Leader - Rush High Wycombe
Part time (16 hours on weekends and then additional hours during school holidays)
Description
The Party Host Team Leader is responsible for running a shift when Head of Party’s is away, however a Supervisor will always be on shift with you. They have to ensure plans are overseen and kept up to date. They help with any complaints and problems that are brought to their attention before taking this higher if needs be. They help on the floor of the shift, making sure all the parties are running smoothly, helping with meet and greets or food grabs if need be, always being available to help their team with any problems. Confidence is key to this role, as you will also be hosting alongside maintaining and ensuring that the Party Hosts are running their parties smoothly and that the team have support.
Key Responsibilities
- Running of shifts when Supervisor/HOD is away
- Willing to delegate staff members
- Showing initiative to ensure the day runs smoothly
- Overseeing plans created by Supervisor/DM
- Supporting Head of Parties and Supervisors with staff meetings and ensuring any staff issues are brought forward and dealt with promptly
- Cooperate with parents ensuring that any views, recommendations or complaints are brought to the attention of the Head of Parties/ DM & Supervisor’s and dealt with promptly and efficiently to satisfy the customer and company
