Food & Beverage Team - Hurtmore Golf Club, Godalming

Do you love working within the Food & Beverage industry but the late nights are stopping you?  We may have just what you are looking for within the F&B team at Hurtmore Golf Club

We are excited to announce that we are currently recruiting at Hurtmore Golf Club, Godalming, Surrey which is part of the Hoburne Group who own 3 golf courses as well as 8 holiday parks in the south of England.

If you enjoy variety & can demonstrate a flexible approach this role within the F&B Team may be for you.  We are a small, friendly and professional team therefore it is vital for this role that you are a highly motivated and an enthusiastic team player.

The job involves all aspects of food and beverage service including bar work, waitressing and kitchen porter duties. Previous experience is not necessary as we will provide training.


The nature of our business necessitates that the successful applicant will be required to work some weekends and Bank Holidays, although not normally later than 9:30pm if scheduled on evening rota.

The successful candidate will also require the following:

  • A high level of inter-personal skills
  • Be self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • Able to provide the highest level of customer care and service skills
  • To follow the Company procedures in:

 

 

  1. Quality control
  2. Food production, service and presentation
  3. Cleanliness and hygiene including the compliance with statutory regulations
  4. Receipt of all goods
  5. Complete Periodic Food stocks as required by the company
  6. A high level of inter-personal skills
  7. Be self-motivated with a positive attitude
  8. Able to provide the highest level of customer care and service skills
