How does it all fit together?

SEE: You’ll be expected to see when something isn’t quite right - a layout not quite perfect, a customer looking to be served, a colleague seeming anxious or distracted. And a colleague going above and beyond.
HEAR: You’ll pick up on the restaurant ambiance, the background music, the customer laughter, the employee banter and you’ll know when it’s the perfect balance or when it needs tweaking.
SMELL: You’ll instinctively know when the mozzarella is as fresh as it can be, when the heady fragrance of cut basil and rosemary is able to transform a dish from average to exceptional and when the Prosecco bubbles are just perfect. And if it isn’t, you’ll know who to find to put it right. And you’ll make it happen.
TASTE: Your trained palette will know just how much seasoning or garlic & chilli oil will lift a chef’s healthy special to astound the customer’s taste buds and ensure they spread the word of the Prezzo experience across their friends. You’ll input your own personal style in how we promote new opportunities and how we showcase our brand. In short your taste will be impeccable!
TOUCH: You’ll have that special connection with customers and colleagues alike, knowing instinctively when to intervene and when to stand back and enjoy the spectacle of a well (olive) oiled machine in operation.
