We're looking for a passionate, highly talented L&D Manager to lead  the department, develop and deliver diverse trainings to everyone has the skills and knowledge to be top performers.

The role covering FF MENA is based out of the Dubai head office. This fantastic opportunity will see the successful candidate play a key role to build the capability of our people at all levels, by designing and delivering workshops, supporting induction, developing skills and pipelining talent. 

Role Overview:

  • create and execute learning strategies and programs
  • Evaluate individual and organizational Learning & development needs
  • Implement various learning methodologies across business
  • Design and deliver learning courses and workshops
  • Assess the evaluation of learning programs  and effectiveness
  • Help managers develop their team members through leaning interventions

Eligibility Criteria

  • Proven experience in learning and development vertical
  • Track record in content development & program delivery
  • Knowledge of effective learning and development methods
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
  • Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Excellent communication and influence skills
  • Be a self-starter & ability to deal with a fast paced environment
