We use Flow Online Training modules as part of our award winning staff training. Each training module has a final, certificated exam and on completion, staff can download essential product knowledge information which can be used as a source of ongoing reference.

We are looking for a skilled Senior Sous Chef to join our team, in a busy fast paced restaurant and bar.
Skilled in stock rotation controls, man-management and ordering systems, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years previous experience in a similar role and will excel in a fast paced environment, demonstrating strong leadership & communication skills and team work whilst having the upmost attention to detail at all times.
