Duty Manager / Personal Trainers - Highams Park

The Fitness Space Highams Park are offering full time opportunities for established Duty Manager/ Personal Trainers to join their team. The Fitness Space Highams Park is a new franchise operation, created by former Olympic 400m athlete Tim Benjamin, offering a results-driven membership service in an unintimidating environment.

The diverse role will see the successful candidate involved in most aspects of the business including and not limited to: personal training, small group training, member development training, class instruction, health check-ups, health mots, member retention, sales and duty management.

TFS clubs are results orientated health clubs great customer service with a focus on getting results.   Our systematic member journey, education, non-intimidating environment, utilisation of technology and state-of-the-art equipment allow for us to generate a lot of customers who are willing to invest further into their fitness.  There is a large demand for Personal Training.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years personal training experience within a club environment and hold the following qualifications/skills:

  • REPS Level 3 or equivalent
  • First Aid Qualified
  • Nutritional qualification
  • Ability to tech a minimum of 3 studio classes
  • Proven sales ability
