Complex Manager - Solway Holiday Village, Silloth

Hagans Leisure Group are delighted to be recruiting for a Complex Manager to join our busy and growing team at Solway holiday Village, Silloth, Cumbria, England.  We are looking a person who is unique, upbeat and friendly. A person with a passion for cocktails, great food, exceptional customer service and that want to be part of a team. Creating fantastic products and service is what we do, and we require an energetic, focused motivated and flexible person to join our teams. 

Duties

  • Managing all aspects of the complex facilities, including entertainment, 2 x bars, food offering.
  • Serve customers and guests food and beverages quickly and efficiently whilst maintaining excellent customer service at all times
  • Maintaining a clean and presentable front of house environment  
  • Maintaining a clean and presentable environment in other areas such as cloakrooms and rear of house
  • Engaging with customers to ensure they feel welcomed and valuedControlling Cash management, stock, profit, department wages.
  • Keeping up to date with onsite and company promotions and activities to assist customers
  • Ensuring that good hygiene, housekeeping and cleanliness practices are maintained at all times
  • Completing job-related training  
  • Being involved and contribute to team meetings
  • Adhering to Company Policies and procedures including licencing laws 
  • Carrying out instructions given by the senior management of the Company 

Person Specification

  • The ability and desire to work flexible and late shifts
  • A professional and outgoing personality and prepared to engage with customers and the public
  • The ability to work under their own initiative, work under pressure and work within a team
  • Demonstrate a flexible approach to their work and be adaptable to the demands of the business
  • A clear understanding of and ability to maintain Company confidentiality at all times 

Experience

  • Food hygiene certification.
  • Cellar experience.
  • Knowledge of licencing laws.
  • High standards of personal presentation.
  • Good numerical and communication skills.
