This is an exciting opportunity for a highly capable Technology Asset Manager to help deliver even better holidays for customers of our leading travel brands, from within our growing Technology department.

We are looking for highly capable individual, who is great at engaging within fast-paced operations, has been exposed to a variety of technologies and is great at leading a team towards ensuring we create unforgettable holiday happiness for our guests!

 

The Role

We are currently recruiting a Technology Asset Manager to join the Service & Delivery Planning team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and professional individual to come aboard and join a team of supportive experts at a particularly exciting time! 

As a Technology Asset Manager your daily responsibilities will include performing financial modelling and prediction tasks, planning and implementing major upgrades, following accepted change management procedures and methodologies and negotiate with outside suppliers and IT procurement to ensure Carnival UK benefits of the most cost effective software licence acquisitions.

About You

As a Technology Asset Manager you will be an SME and will directly manage all activities related to acquisition process for all hardware and software related services, including licencing. You must present understanding of business needs for hardware, software and licensing, both currently and long term, while balancing potential risk. We will also expect you to have a degree of experience with IT audits, and experience in writing business cases to support any recommendations made.

You will have excellent planning and prioritising abilities. You will be able to work under minimal supervision and use initiative to constantly deliver reliable results. People are your passion, hence you will be a natural building professional relationships and engaging with stakeholders at all levels!
