We are looking to recruit a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join The Rib Smokehouse and Grill restaurant in our Coldra Court Hotel.

We are looking for a highly skilled Food & Beverage Supervisor who has a hands-on approach and an ability to inspire and lead a team. As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will help maintain the exceptional five star food service standards and enable the service team to exceed customer expectations on a daily basis.

Your naturally friendly manner and calm, confident personality, combined with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service will make you an ideal candidate for this role. Your experience in a similar position at a 4 or 5 star property will allow you to demonstrate evidence of excellent people skills and the ability to deal with the pressures of day-to-day operational issues.
