This is you, and we need you to be the face of our company, to always put yourself on the line to ensure that the smiles stay firmly on the customer’s faces. You will work hard and fast because you take pride in your company as they do you!  

We need you to lead the match-day operation in one of our showpiece bar and food areas at the Emirates Stadium. The Royal Oak, and recently renovated Dial Square are located in the premium Club Level at the Emirates Stadium - they are high-volume, -energy and -pressure environments that require multi-tasking leadership, precise stock control and outstanding food and beverage quality control. These spaces cater to the premium level guests of the Emirates Stadium, who choose a more relaxed atmosphere than a formal dining experience - whilst still expecting the service quality of their prime ticket.

 

As the Room Manager for one of these areas, you will be responsible for ensuring both the bar and food offers deliver outstanding quality and service, and will be supported by two bar supervisors and we are offering a pay rate of up to £18.63 per hour depending on experience. The role is offered on a casual variable basis therefore no hours are guaranteed however we would like you to be able to commit to at least 90% of the 2018-19 Arsenal fixtures list which will be evenings and weekends. The ideal candidate will come from a high volume, premium quality food and beverage background and will be able to demonstrate strong multi-tasking leadership skills whilst putting customer experience at the heart of their role.
