We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Demi Chef de Partie to join the team of our fantastic restaurant; Mark's Club, part of Caprice Holdings.

Mark’s Club is an exclusive country-house style club with a stunning terrace and dining room serving Anglo-French classics. The members also have access to two private rooms, games area and bar. 

As Demi Chef de Partie you will support the Chef de Partie to ensure the smooth running of the section with all dishes leaving the section being of the highest quality and presentation. You must have a passion for developing your skills and knowledge to enable you to progress in the kitchen. Ability to take direction from the more senior chefs and be a good listener is essential as a Demi Chef de Partie. You will stand in for the Chef de Partie in their absence and be expected to maintain the high standards and quality of the restaurant. 

We are ideally looking for a Demi Chef de Partie who:

• Is currently in a similar role, or an experienced Commis Chef
• Has experience working in high volume and fast paced restaurant environment
• Has a passion for food and working with seasonal high quality ingredients
• Has a keen desire to learn and is a highly motivated team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude 
• Has pride in the presentation and quality of their work
