Barback- London

We are looking for an enthusiastic, talented and dedicated Barback to join our team here at the Bulgari Hotel London.

Reporting to the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the Bartenders and Waiters have everything available to them at all times to ensure that Il Bar is an outstanding bar and lounge. The pride you take in the care of the bar and lounge areas will ensure Il Bar is at the heart of the hotel’s social scene. You will be making and serving coffees and teas, clearing tables, maintain glassware, china and cutlery and ensure to keep an excellent standard of hygiene at all times.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and beverage and a good understanding of food safety and hygiene.  You are likely to have relevant NVQ or professional qualifications although your passion for the job will be what sets you apart.

To be successful in your application you will already have experience from within a luxury service environment along with an excellent understanding of the 5-star hospitality industry. You will be an immaculately presented individual who possesses informal yet impeccable customer service skills with your ability to engage with our guests being one of your greatest assets.

We encourage a diverse workforce however you will be required to have good levels of written and spoken English and be eligible to work in the UK. Fluency in a second language would be beneficial.
