Joining Marston’s as General Manager at the Smugglers Cove you’ll be given the autonomy and control to grow and develop this great new business as your own business. You’ll be given financial control to grow sales and drive up customer and food quality and we’ll also look to you to develop your team. It’s a big role, but it’s a hugely rewarding one, too. Especially as you get to know the locals, host regular events and welcome hundreds of guests. About you
