We are recruiting for a Guest Service Agent for the Front Office team to join The Curtain family.

As a Guest Service Agent, you'll be:

• Primary point of contact for our guests with a “noting too much trouble” approach
• Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional way
• Experienced within the 5 star Hotel sector with at least 2 years of valuable knowledge and skills
• Handling check in and check out in a seamless manner
• Addressing and escalating guests’ complaints
• Providing information about The Curtain and the exciting services we offer
• Going the extra mile to make sure our guests feel like rock stars
• Excellent communicator who can stay positive when facing difficult situations
• Reliable and able to anticipate guests needs

We are looking for passionate people that have a real enthusiasm for delivering the very best quality whilst injecting some proactive rock and roll fun into what they do.

A Rooftop brasserie & pool, private Screening room, 120 luxury guest rooms, a Members Club, Design studio and Red Rooster Shoreditch – a music-filled, soulfood restaurant by acclaimed NY chef Marcus Samuelsson
