The Leisure Assistant Role:

The Leisure Assistant will report to the Country Club Manager, they will be responsible for assisting in the smooth running of the Leisure Club. The role of the Leisure Assistant will be to actively co-ordinate guest and member requests ensuring that all our customers receive 5 star Customer Service. In addition the Leisure Assistant will ensure all aspects of operational services including fitness, preparation of areas and equipment, sales, reception, food & beverage and maintaining high standards of cleanliness are achieved.

The Leisure Assistant will:

• Previous relevant experience.
• Have basic pool maintenance skills.
• Have experience operating fitness equipment.
• Have good customer skills, ensuring a courteous, friendly and efficient service at all times.
• Support colleagues and promote excellent team spirit.
