Head Waiter / Supervisor / Shift Manager

ROVI is an elegant 85 seat restaurant in Fitzrovia, serving a menu with a focus on fermentation and cooking over fire. It has a large central bar serving cocktails based on seasonal spices and house shrubs. 

We are looking for an experienced Head Waiter who loves hospitality and has a successful track record within quality establishments.
