Duty Officer - Lee Valley Ice Centre

Permanent 35 hours per week -   Monday to Sunday Shift Rota

If you’re highly motivated and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service that exceeds customers’ expectations, have the ability to get to site for early morning openings and late night closings, willingness to learn new skills which will include Ice Pad maintenance and driving our Zamboni, then you’ll fit right in with the team at Lee Valley Ice Centre; a vibrant visitor attraction that is buzzing with life and energy.

Your duties will include:

• To assist the Managers with ensuring the effective, efficient and safe operation of the Ice Centre Facilities and achieve agreed targets and objectives.
• To ensure delivery of a first-class level of customer service and delivery of agreed standards and service levels in all areas, with particular attention to the needs of disabled customers.
• To provide a point of contact for all Ice Centre customers and visitors whilst on shift, including giving advice, handling complaints, answering queries and providing documentation both by telephone and in person.
• To respond to and resolve issues as they relate to all customers and the facility in all aspects.
