Marketing Proposition Co-ordinator – Asda Mobile

About the role:
We have got a brilliant opportunity for a Marketing Proposition Co-ordinator to join a thriving and exciting team within Asda. The Asda mobile team are responsible for Asda’s very own mobile network with plenty of opportunities to develop and introduce new and exciting products to the customer base.
We are looking for a colleague who is enthusiastic and committed with a customer focused mind-set and an eye for creativity to join our team with responsibility for all marketing across Asda mobile. The successful candidate will be accountable for researching, defining, scoping and executing the launch of key propositions to drive Asda Mobile Acquisition and Revenue plans.

The Ins and Outs:
  • Be responsible for all acquisition activity for Asda mobile both in store and online
  • Responsible for liaising with our external agency for all updates and improvements to the Asda mobile website ensuring it is in line with campaigns in store whilst taking learnings from the changes made
  • Create tactical offers to take to market, including device and tariff promotions to drive customer numbers, voice and data growth in line with proposition plan
  • With the CRM Manager, map out customer experience relevant to all new customer propositions
  • Work with the wider marketing teams to ensure all point of sale for both range and events land on time and within budget
  • Be responsible for communicating activity to all key stakeholders including legal, corporate marketing and retail operations
  • Review the competitor market place and the customer environment to identify market gaps and opportunities which fit well within the Asda mobile brand
  • Agree proposition and marketing plan with Asda and EE – monitor and control on an ongoing basis
  • Work with Head of Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO)
  • and key stakeholders to define objectives (target market, business issues, target setting, number of connections / activations)
  • Develop and review plan identifying market size opportunities and growth potential for both customer numbers and revenue (retail and wholesale)
  • What you’ll need:
  • Experience of successful proposition development and execution within a major organisation
  • Commercially astute with proven operational and organisational skills
  • Able to lead and influence both website agency and marketing team to ensure effective execution of the marketing plan
  • Experience presenting to key stakeholders internally and externally
  • Strong Champion for the customer and the customer experience
