We love a really good burger – and ours are unique, tender and fresh, served in brioche buns and perfected by us for you! Feeling healthy? Go naked (sans bun!) or enjoy fresh salads with a Hollybush twist. Guest will also enjoy locally crafted real ales, created using water drawn from the nearby McMullen well, hand selected fine wines (hic!), single malts, world beers, glorious shakes and credible ethical coffee.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding guest service at all times
• Serving drinks and food to our guests as per Company standard in a warm and friendly manner
• Assist in setting up and closing down the bar/floor areas ready for service or the next trading session
• Maintain the House standards keeping all areas of the business clean and tidy
