Our location right on the shores of Lake Windermere provides the perfect destination for a getaway. Set within pretty woodland, White Cross Bay boasts a lovely natural environment with plenty of opportunities for wildlife spotting.

On park there's an indoor pool, gym, spa pool, sauna and steam room.

Other facilities on park include a children's play area and activities during the school holidays.

Sales Administrator (Reception)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for friendly and passionate individual to join the team at White Cross Bay Holiday Park as a Sales Administrator (Reception).

Reporting to the Admin Manager, you will be required to liaisewith owners in order to solve problems in a timely and effective way ensuring that all issues are logged monitored and resolved to the owners satisfaction.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Helping to prlan and prepare, as well as overseeing owners events.

* Management of the owners lounge, ensuring that it is a tidy and safe environment at all times.

* Ensuring that relevant systems are updated and maintained at all times.

* Taking payments from customers and ensure that the money is accounted for and stored in the correct place.

* Providing all customers with up to date and accurate information in regards to the park, entertainment schedule and local attractions.

The successful Person will have:

* Previous exposure of sales and customer service.

* Administration experience.

* Excellent communication skills.

* Outstanding customer service skills.
