Conference & Banqueting Supervisor - Woodbury Park Hotel & Golf Club

You will ensure the smooth day to day running of all  events in the hotel, exceeding guests expectation for quality service and food, always delivering the highest standards of service and care

You'll have experience in a similar role of supervising in a high quality and high volume environment, ensuring correct set-up for all events, and correct staffing levels through effective rota writing.

You will be a well-presented hospitality professional with excellent communication skills, as comfortable communicating with the event host as with the other hotel departments

A proven ability to maximise revenue through cost controls, ensuring correct, ongoing staff training to develop the team

Experience of stock-taking, performance management and complaint handling is required for this role

The position is on a 5 out of 7 rota basis. Live in may be available for this position.
