Domestic and Pastoral Services Manager - Harrow School
Full-time (52 weeks/year). Rent-free accommodation. Salary c. £40,000.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated, customer-focused and professional individual to join Harrow School. This new role will manage, support and represent our team of Matrons, and be accountable for a range of key domestic operations, including laundry and cleaning services.
The successful candidate will be a credible leader with extensive experience of operating at management level, ideally gained in a similar role within a school or university environment. In addition, applicants will have the necessary confidence and diplomacy to deal with colleagues and external contacts at all levels, and have a hands-on and practical approach to providing guidance and support to direct reports.
An awareness of child protection and safeguarding issues is desirable. A clean driving licence and own transport is essential.
