• Sustained and proven experience in a similar quality, five-star, lifestyle, high volume environment
• A team-first attitude 
• Great customer service execution and hospitality skills as well as attention to detail
• Positive outlook and outgoing personality
• Demonstrable skills in hospitality

As our new Head Bartender you will be responsible for:

• Delivering a five star luxury lifestyle service experiences. Our guests visit us with expectations of attentive yet relaxed service where your personality and professionalism are delivered in equal measures
• Knowing our menu and product – you are our number two on the Bar, and every recommendation you make reflects your knowledge, experience and your reputation as a senior bar professional
• Leading the Bar team on day to day duties as well as supporting the wider F&B Management team with daily operational tasks
